S-5 Training Session - Unable to unlock although completed milestone

Issues with getting the rewards of completing a milestone is something that has plagued this game since the very beginning. Your case is probably another instance of this issue. Unfortunately I don't know the suggested methods, nor where exactly you can find them in that almost 200 pages long report, but I remember seeing suggestions there.

Although this message was specific to the Offensive Formation milestone (which bugged for most, if not all, players since it was released), we can hope it'll address all other milestones and the milestone reward system as a whole, which has been bugging since Day 1.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When you equip the S-5 Pistol on the officer class, and then right click in first person, the gun just disappears and only a crosshair marker is present. It is almost as if the gun completely disappears.
What happens when the bug occurs? Only a cross hair picture shows for the S-5 pistol zoomed in.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see a zoomed in picture with a gun to the side present in the background for the S-5 pistol or a zoom reticle interface with graphics.

@EA_Atic  I still see the issue. you mentioned in a different post that you need to play a few rounds. does it matter which mode?

or is there something i'm missing.
