SA bugged in Unknown Regions

@EA_Mako SA is buged on uNKNOWN rEGIONS we could not get pass phase 2 the transports wouldnt come out

Also, curious as to why you specifically call out one of the multiple EA Community Managers. I'm guessing because you've seen some recent, helpful posts.
