Ok so i have been talking to EA support this morning. It seems you can brows to this location
C:\ProgramData\Origin\DownloadCache
In this folder thier should be some files xxxxx.file_crcs just copy them to a new computer and it should restore your progress. However i have not been able to test this as i have already lost my progress. I will start the Campaign again soon, then i will try to manual copys these files across to my laptop and see if it works.
