Scan Dart infinite online - no cooldown.

Summarize your bug There is a small chance that the scan dart of the Assault class stays online, resulting in many not intended kill assists.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play Blast. There isn't a sequence that triggers this bug, at least I couldn't find it.
What happens when the bug occurs? The scan dart is fired as intended, and sticks to a surface, creating a field in which the enemies are shown on the radar. However, the dart showed disappear after a certain amount of time. Sometimes this doesn't happen. The dart stays online and reveals all the enemies for the rest of the match. If you die as the assault, the dart will still go on. The enemies are able to see that the dart is still online (red colour). There is no way (at least, for now) to remove the dart. When shooted a new one, the old one will also stay active.
What do you expect to see? The dart to create a temporary field of blue animation and reveals the position of the enemy team for a certain time, instead of infinite long until the match ends.

This bug is hard to record but I tried anyway.

At 0:05 you can see the dart that I shot a while back in the match. It doesn't disappear.

Sometimes in the video, you can see that I get 'Kill assists' because I have revealed the position of the enemy. This is great, but shouldn't happen.
