Scimitar ship stealth ineffective

What is your issue related to? General
Summarize your bug Darth Mauls scimitar ship is now seriously underpowered since it was updated. The cloaking ability does not cloak you enough as there is still a visible blue outline as well as a smoke trail if the ship is damaged. This allows other players to track you whilst you are damaged and know that you are unable to repair whilst cloaked. In addition NPCS are still able to shoot at you and hard locks still seem to be able to track you.

In what game mode did the bug occur? Starfighter Assault
What is your time zone? GMT (UTC)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play as Darth Mauls scimitar and use the cloaking ability. Other players will still be able to track you and you will be damaged by NPCs
What happens when the bug occurs? Darth Mauls scimitar ship becomes a useless addition as it becomes an easy target.
What do you expect to see? Either roll back the update and allow the scimitar ship to repair whilst cloaked or make it harder for players to track you whilst the ability is active. There should definitely not be any NPC damage whilst cloaked and no hard locks or other tracking abilities to have an effect whilst cloaked.
