Screen flashes to character image

I play on pc and my graphics card is gtx 1650. Sometimes when I am playing or on the loading screen, the current image will briefly flash to the character loading screen.(ex: I am loading co op when I suddenly get a quick flash to isb agent on the collection menu). Anyone else having a similar problem?
