Server disconnect everyday since I bought this game

I've had server disconnects everyday since I bought this game. I'm getting various error codes but the most common are 720 and 1757 and 2396. Here's what I've tried to do to resolve this. I powered ...

After power cycling my modem, I ran a few tests test, I'm downloading at 189.64  mbps on the Xbox one. 

I connected with Elder Scrolls online and it connected. fine, I connected with Fallout 76 and it's fine. I connected with Star Trek Online, and Black Desert, and Red Dead Redemption 2, and all connected without issue. Battlefront 2 however gives me the 721 error code.

Can I just get a refund?

You'll need to contact the retailer you purchased the game from to inquire about a refund. Just let me know if you want to continue troubleshooting this.

    Managed to play for about ten minutes, got 2396 error
