Hello NY-sithtrooper, this can happen but normally will be fixed easy enough once we can see what is happeneing.
Can be intereference, or streaming on the signal, storms, sun-spots, etc.
Best you can do is to record what you seeing to show the tech. There is a best practice way to fix most issues.
Personally, I reboot the router, modem, and computer before I play and have no issues. (Most of the time).
Sometimes it is not you, but sometimes there can be an issue. Clean boots really help..

I'm downloading the game rn. I will see there will be the bug (or lag) or not. I must wait 2.5 hrs to fully complete the downloading of the game. avg 10 MB/s
