It is happening to me on XBOX One. Random, not just blaster heros/villians. Another flubbed update. Has EA ever heard of beta testing an update? They do it at my job. We each test a different section of the update before it goes live. Not that hard to do. I would be happy if we had no new content for awhile and have them fix the issues like at least two milestones. "Back Nothing Shall Hold You" (one easy fix would be to just give it to everyone, and poof...fixed) has been broken for over a year, and "On a Roll" has been broken since it was introduced.
