Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I do not know how to recreate the bug
What happens when the bug occurs? My appearances and star cards reset across all characters
What do you expect to see? The star cards and appearances I had previously set

I have already tried the solution posted on other forums about clearing origin cache and repairing the game and none of those had worked
