Something went wrong... To continue linking your EA Account, head back and start

Receiving the error in the title whenever I try to install battlefront 2 from epic games. I do not have Origin downloaded on my PC. I have Epic Launcher and EA App downloaded. Not sure how to get bat...

I have not. I followed the instructions online to link my epic games and EA App, but I receive an error saying “something has gone wrong. Go back and try again”. This occurs when I click install on BF2 from epic games and it launches the EA App, which is supposed to be when I link my accounts. Thanks for your response! @EA_Illium

Thanks for the additinal details, to confirm did you follow the steps mentioned in this help article:

 

In order to unlink an account you will need to be able to log into your EA Account Portal and then navigate to the connected accounts under the "connections" tab.
