What happens when the bug occurs?

A short time ago we have a problem with the countdown to spawn playing heroes vs villains in STAR WARS Battlefront II.
When you die and want spawn quickly with your villain or you choose the button to change character because you want try another combination of cards or to accelerate the spawn time, a bug happens that doesn't allow you spawn with the same character you were using and the selection countdown random hero starts from 26 eternal seconds.. which is a considerable disadvantage for your team.

Previously it did not happen, everything worked very well and you could appear with your hero or villain in maximum 6 seconds approximately but a few weeks ago I began to see this bug so uncomfortable and once it happens to you, you HAVE to wait the 26 seconds to spawn in the battle with the same character or you are forced to choose another character to get out of the bug if you don't want to wait so long.

I don't know if EA is still interested in supporting the game but it is very frustrating to go through this and if it is of any use to post this here, if someone with enough influence can do something and help us, that would be great.

Thank you for reading.

NOTE: I have not tested in the other game modes
