Speeder mouse control

All the speeders except for the ski speeder and the air speeder have an issue with mouse aim. Horizontal aim is fine, but vertical aim is choppy and unresponsive.

Additionally, the ski speeders have a really high sensitivity that cannot be adjusted.

    You are not the only one who has experienced this issue. See this. 

    I don't have a great solution for you other than making sure you don't have a controller plugged in and making sure you don't have any mouse software (e.g. GHub) getting in the way.
