Spin Attack Hit Detection BUG: From the Low Ground

Summarize your bug If Darth Maul performs a Spin Attack from a lower ground then his opponents, chances are it'll fail to register a hit with the enemy in range to be hit.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Find a place where Maul is in a lower position then his opponent (in the video I provide below I show many of such places). Then use his Spin Attack to hit that enemy.
What happens when the bug occurs? He'll pass through the enemy without damaging him even though he's in range of damaging said enemy.
What do you expect to see? A fix

When testing this I suggest using one of the places I showcase here. This BUG doesn't happen 100% of the time, and I found some places that fit my description to not trigger the BUG at all. There's definitely more to this.
Also, I have recorded this happening in flat ground, but with multiple enemies involved, as can be seen in the GIF below:

So there's more to this BUG then what I discovered, but the method I show in the video seems very reliable and should provide help to the debugging team into reproducing this with some consistency.
Maul is already an underwhelming character overall, so I believe this BUG should take some priority to fix, so to compensate for his lackings in other areas.
