Spinning Issue

I recently got SWBF2 with ea play however whenever i load into a match single player or multiplayer after some time or immediately my character will begin uncontrollably spinning to the right.

I've researched this issue for some time and attempted ever single solution i could find on the internet however nothing has seemed to work. 

I've restarted my pc, nothing, i've fresh installed the game, nothing , disabled sticky keys, uninstalled any and all emulator apps on my pc, nothing. Increasing dead zone to 100% didn't stop the bug. At my wits end i decided to unplug all devices connected to my pc and low and behold it didn't fix my issue.

The only effect I can edit is the speed of the spinning which can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing gamepad sensitivity.
