Star Card menu glitch

Facepalm Star Card? That would be an interesting one to have 🤔 

Have you tried to repair your game in Origin or any other troubleshooting steps?

Yes i repaired my game but that didn't help ☹️

What is your issue related to? General
Summarize your bug When I choose Luke he always has a blank third card called greetings exalted ones. I do have the same emote equipped but unequipping it doesnt do anything. While choosing cards two of them are ticked but there is no third yet when I try to choose a third it doesnt allow me saying there is already three causing Luke to have only 2 functioning cards in-game.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? cant recall but its been here for 2 patches
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) cant recall
In what game mode did the bug occur? Heroes vs. Villains
What is your time zone? EET (ART) - GMT + 2:00
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Choosing Luke and trying to change his cards.
What happens when the bug occurs? While in-game Luke will have 2 functioning cards and 1 blank card
What do you expect to see? Being able to choose 3 functioning cards

After the update we got today this wasn't fixed...

Hey @DatSmithyBoi - I moved your post to this thread, since it looks like you are dealing with a quite similar problem. I think one of the emotes "took" a spot for your Star Card.

@RodrigoAlvarez21 - Thanks for confirmation! As you can see, I've found yet another example of this issue. I will poke our specialists about it. However, it would be great if you post your DxDiag first.

Well I too tried repairing but it didnt do any good I hope my dxdiag does some good

• Clear Origin cache.
• Reinstall the game.

Origin cache cleaning did not work I guess the reinstallation might have a chance

I did reinstall the game yet still it doesnt work but with the new installation only that changed was the game now fatally crashes really often. I got to check on Luke on my 5th try after it crashed 4 times on the menu.
