The star card "Resourceful" doesnt work properly. I have level 4 grenade launcher for heavy (MLP) which has a 32 second cooldown and level 4 resourceful which should reduce cooldown by 28%.Therefore the cooldown should be about 23 seconds, but the actual cooldown is about 29 seconds.
