Star Card Stuck on PS4

Could you try to remove the SWB2 saved data from your console and then power-cycle the PS4? Don't worry about your multiplayer progression, it won't get deleted 🙂

One quick question. How do you delete saved data on a PS4 without losing the data?

Ahh man not another one with this issue. @patriots3912 if you delete your local saved data you will lose all your arcade and campaign progress plus some settings. Multiplayer data is saved online. I would first recommend clearing star cards from arcade as this issue is almost always caused by arcade on PS4. If that fails then you will need to delete your saved data if you want the issue resolved.

@patriots3912 go into arcade mode and deselect/unequip the star cards as you normally would when selecting star cards. Normally to resolve the issue you will need to unequip the card causing the slot to bug out, that will then free up the slot again. In your case I would free up all of Mauls and the enforcers cards to be sure of clearing the bugged out card. 

It seems that I’m approaching the solution, but may be doing something wrong so I sent a couple photos of what’s going on in my game. It seems that I also found that when I upgraded the heavy card on my heavy menu in Collection tab it also upgraded in the Enforcer menu. I’ll send that photo as well. I don’t know if that helps any. I’d like to send you videos but the thing says that iPhone videos aren’t the right format. Thanks for sticking with me though.

@patriots3912 lol I have no idea what's going on there. The star card that is stuck in the slot needs unequipping. At first I thought it might be a Darth Maul card but now I'm not so sure from the photos. One way to be certain is to go to arcade and unequip every card from every class and hero/villain. You should do this for both light and dark sides. This way you should definitely unequip the card blocking the incorrect slot.
