Star Cards and Settings Reset

After today's update, I wanted to install Battlefront 2 on my new PC so I did. After the install was finished, it asked me if I wanted the cloud save data or the local save data. I chose the cloud save data because the cloud save was more recent as compared to the local save. As soon as I opened the game, I noticed that it started to give me the UI tutorials and all of my star cards were unselected. All of my settings and keybinds were also reset. I have tried resetting my wifi and repairing and updating the game. What else can I do? Do I have to turn off cloud save and/or reinstall the game?
