Star cards have just been removed/ locked

I logged in the other day to play with my kids after not having played for some time, with the intention of starting a regular session with them. ... to find almso all my star cards re-locked. I only have access to a few cards on three classes and some on my heroes.  For example my Heavy is level 36 and all his cards are hidden and locked now.  Spent a couple hours with a few agents on EA support, with no resolution yet.  I'm pretty upset.  Hours and hours of progress just erased. I check every day to see if it's fixed, and no love yet.  No update to my case on support site either.  Fix this EA.  I don't have the expendable time to re-level everyone like some players do. I'm an old fart with two jobs and a life outside of gaming.  Gaming is what I do to relaxe, not to get stresed out.
