Star Cards lost upgrades after 2.0 Patch

Between losing my star card values, and the general lethargy of game support, I'm just gonna stop playing for a few months until they unf**k this game. No Luke or Leia skins are worth grinding back the skills I've already lost. 

I kept wondering what was wrong when playing Starfighter because I seemed to be doing less damage than normal (and this affects play).  I just noticed that one of my Blue cards (Fire Control Cycler) got downgraded to White on the Interceptor.  Like the reporter, I seem to instead have other cards upgraded instead.

Similar issue with my Interceptor Rare Cards going to Common.

Summarize your bug With the new update- I lost 10-15 levels per trooper class, thus resulting in numerous Card rank losses. I have contacted the live support and they sent me here to post this as they could not help me. With the update that just came out today, my levels were not restored. I have included a copy of the transcript of my conversation with the live support.

What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing happens, I just lost my levels.
What do you expect to see? I am missing so many levels on all my troopers. At this point, I feel that the only way for it to be fixed is to be given upgrade points for all of my troopers.

Ariel: Thank you, just to clarify, did you lose all the trooper class in your account?
you: I didn't lose all of the trooper class- but I lost rank in all the trooper classes. For example (1 of 4) my heavy was rank 43 and it dropped to 31, and most of my cards were taken down to level 1. My specialist, was 46, and it dropped to 30
you: Assault and officer both lost about 10 ( I don't play with them as much as heavy and specialist, so I don't remember the specific #)
you: honestly- it's possible I lost rank heroes and in the starships also- but I hardly ever play, so I don't know if I did or not. It would have been upgrades I earned from crates and the limited play I had

you: for a specific troubleshooting purpose from your end- It it possible, but since I play blast 90% of the time, I can't confirm if I am or not.

Ariel: Let me just consult this real quick to our specialist since for the most recent update that we have, as far as we're concern, it will only remove some certain items on the game as all of the characters are unlocked already.

Well, I had a weird one with this issue.  With today's update, I lost just a few levels, one for each of 3 trooper classes, BUT...I also got a skill point for each one that I lost, so I could immediately put it back where it was before.  I have no idea why that happened, but I think it was three things that I upgraded the night before, so who knows.  

Did this happen with speeder and armor? I'm confused because I did the math if both vehicle classes have all blue cards you're sill short 2 levels to reach 20, necessary for ranking up to purple.
