Star Cards Not Unlocking

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look at the Heavy class in my profile. Star cards do not unlock, even though I am the appropriate level.
What happens when the bug occurs? Star Cards do not unlock as Heavy class levels up
What do you expect to see? Star Cards awarded when Heavy class levels up

AMD or Nvidia Model Number My heavy class has leveled up beyond the required level for the star cards to unlock, yet they remain locked with the 'REQUIRES HEAVY LEVEL XXX' message.

Just started playing, but there seems to be a star card bug with the heavy class. I am level 8, but the level 5 cards won't unlock. I receive the 'REQUIRES HEAVY LEVEL 5' verbiage on the card even though my Heavy is level 8.

Your help is appreciated.

    hey thanks for the reply! I appreciate the explanation on the difference of levels, but my overall level and my heavy class level are above the star card requirement. I did log out of the app and restart my console but that did not work. I did level my heavy class up to 10, then the 5 cards retroactively unlocked alongside the level 10 cards. So I believe the issue was resolved.

    Hello @DigitalRoots and thanks for reporting in.

    Just to be completely clear, there are 2 'levels' in the game. You have your overall rank, the bar that fills up after playing a match, and a level class, which is specific for a certain class, vehicle, etc. You have to play the heavy to earn 'heavy levels'. Once you reach a certain threshold, you can unlock cards with skillpoints. The overall rank doesn't do anything really. It just tells you how much dedication you have to the game lol. 

    Could you provide a screenshot of the cards not able to be bought with skillpoints and your heavy level?

    I would suggest power cycling your console (look here for more information , basicly just turn it off and on).

    Let me know if that solved it!

    Hey, I also have the same problem but kinda different. So the card unlocks but when I try to purchase it with a skill point it would just load for a while then back out with the message: “we couldn’t complete your purchase, you have not been charged”

    It's not just Heavy class. I've just got back in today, after sleeping on it for a good while, and whatever they've updated seems to have fouled up unlocking abilities across all classes. Like I just got the improved blaster turret for officers and it unlocked in match, but it wouldn't let me equip. Now I'm in collection and it shows that none of the cards have been awarded. I'm at 11, but the cards for 2, 5, and 10 are still blanked out. I can't even upgrade anything.
