Star cards update

I don't think one of my star cards updated properly. For my interceptor i had all level 3 star cards equipped. 2 are fine, but the third "Fire control cycler" was a 3 now it's a 1. I'm pretty sure...

Gammer tag DEADLY—GHOUL. My interceptor class FIRE CONTROL CYCLER reset to basic 5% instead of 15% like I had it before the update. The ELITE PILOT however went up to 10% instead of 2.5% like I had it before the patch. I’m in need of EA fixing this. I put a lot of time and effort into these cards. Anyway I can contact EA?

Hey @GatorFanDc5 for Star card reset to basic, I recommend that you contact EA support the should be able to help you on this issue.

Please let me know how they plan to fix. I need help. Lost mine too.
Was a lot fo work to get it where I wanted it, now just gone..

  Check your SA star cards. In fact check them all. Some have been modified. Make your claim now before you change any card with a skill point as they may reset and you will get squat for your efforts. Meaning that if you play and earn a Skill Point, then spend it and they do a reset of the issues, will they give you back the SP after?

Looks like today's update fixed the interceptor fire control cycler star card, mine is back to blue.

My issue: Fire Control Cycler Star Card on Interceptor class was downgraded to level 2 from max level 4 since the progression patch.
I've contacted EA support 3 times for this issue as recommended on this forum.
1st attempt: Support says they added the card with the max level on my account. When I check in game, the Star Card is now FURTHER downgraded to level 0.
2nd attempt: Called support and told them what was going on. I was told the same thing, they added the card at the correct max level 4. When I log back in, still at level 0.
3rd attempt: Support tells me to make a post on this forum to get assistance from developers, even though the Community Manager is telling us to contact EA support instead.
So now I'm stuck with a level 0 Fire Control Star Card for my Interceptor.

    I've attached a screenshot of my star card, Fire Control Cycler. It should be at max level with 20% rate of fire increase.
