However if this is still happening when you top up your supply, this is definitely something we want to investigate. Should the issue occur again, please let us know, again with screenshots.

Hi, I'm having the same issue. I'm looking at my screen and I have 110 crafting parts, have hit level 10 and have Assault class at card level 7, but that padlock symbol is still there and I can't click to upgrade any of the star cards for the Assault class

Hi this also happens to me, I can't upgrade star card even if I reached rank 10 and card level 5.
I'm having the same issue as well, i can't upgrade the cards even though I meet all the criteria required. Also I played a couple games of Starfighter assault and they didn't count towards the last Jedi season rewards. I'm wondering if something isn't working with their validation systems. I restarted my game and the issues persist. Definitely something server side.
Hi, the description text is sadly misleading.
For example:
Requires officer card level 7 (■7)
Requires rank 10 (■10)
The solution is (on PC), that You have to be above the specified Level to upgrade Your cards.
For example:
Requires officer card level 7 (7<8)
Requires rank 10 (10<11)If it still not works, You simply have to restart the game.
Tried doing that still has not worked for me on PS4 pls EA fix it!!!

- This is happening to me Also getting bored at the game for this there are alot of people stating that they have this problem or Milestone problems example 400 assault kills and can't claim reward I mean at least fix them I payed for my game like everybody here.
