Hi, the description text is sadly misleading.
For example:
Requires officer card level 7 (■7)
Requires rank 10 (■10)
The solution is (on PC), that You have to be above the specified Level to upgrade Your cards.
For example:
Requires officer card level 7 (7<8)
Requires rank 10 (10<11)
If it still not works, You simply have to restart the game.
Tried doing that still has not worked for me on PS4 pls EA fix it!!!
I am having the same problem!
Having the same problem as well. I have enough crafting parts, card level 26, and rank 11, still cannot upgrade any cards at all. Can only use upgrades from crates and purchase with crafting parts.
Seriously EA, this issue was raised at launch and has not been fixed. I guess we will add it to the long list of problems with the progression system.
