I am having the same problem!
Having the same problem as well. I have enough crafting parts, card level 26, and rank 11, still cannot upgrade any cards at all. Can only use upgrades from crates and purchase with crafting parts.
Seriously EA, this issue was raised at launch and has not been fixed. I guess we will add it to the long list of problems with the progression system.
- Here the same! Have everything needed to upgrade my star cards to blue but its still locked :/
