Hi @EA_David, as you can see I clearly have enough crafting parts for this upgrade and the right level/stars but still it remains greyed out, is there anyway I can fix this? Really irritating

Same issue. I have all the right levels, and enough crafting parts. Wont upgrade.
@EA_David I'm having the SAME issue. I have 500+ crafting materials as well. Please fix. This is super annoying.
Just so you know, I play on PS4. Also, I reached the requisite level, 15, on Saturday or Sunday. I've unsuccessfully attempted to upgrade to blue (rare) cards every day since then. In addition, I've restarted my PS4 numerous times. Obviously this puts us at a competitive disadvantage. Please help.

I am at work now so cannot post screenshot but noticed earlier today when I was trying to upgrade a star card for the "Fighter" ships that I had all the requirements and parts and all the boxes were filled in like I've met the requirements, but the "Upgrade" option (square button on PS4) was grayed out.
And I don't know if it matters but I've had the requirements fulfilled for quite some time. Probably over a month.I seem to have this issue as well.Card level 18. Rank 16. 150 parts. Cannot upgrade any of my green cards to blue for starfighters.
Just reached rank 11 and it now allows me to upgrade, but what's the likelihood that it will return?
@EA_David problem is still there. see screenshot attached. Same problem with all classes, all card and i have restated, repaired the game and still have this issue.
@EA_David, the issue is fixed! I upgraded several green (uncommon) cards to blue (rare) cards last evening. I have no idea what resolved the issue since I didn't go up a level, and I didn't download a patch. So random. I'm back to having fun. I wish the rest of you the best of lucking in resolving your issue. I know and understand how frustrating it can be.
The issue is not fixed. Still can't upgrade from tier 3 to 4, just tested.
I always could upgrade up to the blue tier. Before a couple of days (after patch 1.1) I reached rank 25 and I can't upgrade to tier 4.
I still can upgrade up to tier 3, just the purple one broken. Maybe the information is useful...
I'm really looking forward to your fix of this (star cards) and the milestones (can't unlock some). Luckily my duplicates give me credits, though I get rewarded with zero after a match some times.
But still, I hope you fix it soon! Good luck and keep us posted! 🙂
- I have the same issue- I more than fulfill the requirements to upgrade a star card but it is still greyed-out. EA why is this taking you so long to fix?
