@EA_David Same issue here too. I am at work now so cannot post screenshot but noticed earlier today when I was trying to upgrade a star card for the "Fighter" ships that I had all the requirements and parts and all the boxes were filled in like I've met the requirements, but the "Upgrade" option (square button on PS4) was grayed out.

And I don't know if it matters but I've had the requirements fulfilled for quite some time. Probably over a month.

I have the issue as well (since at least 4-5 days ago) on Xbox One. Trying to upgrade Officer cards having reached level 10. The prerequisites are both checked by the upgrade button is greyed out.

I also have the issue of being unable to claim rewards that is identified in another thread.

All of these occurred since reaching level 10.

Super annoying. I have this issue plus the bug where you can’t claim rewards. I decided to give the game a second chance and now I can’t get the rewards or upgrade cards despite meeting requirements. Please fix. XBOX ONE X. Rebooted everything.

  @AtomicRedStar @ThunorX Hey, can I check what rank you are? If you gain one player rank are you then able to make the upgrade?

    Hey @EA_David , I’m rank 10. Looking at Bodyguard card as an example on my Assault Class. I’m card level 18 (required is 7) and rank required is 10. Both requirement boxes are filled in but lock still there and options are grayed out despite me having 445 craft pieces and only needing 80. I’ll check if anything changes once I get to 11, but I’m a slow poke when it comes to ranking up. Feels similar to the issue with not being able to claim rewards. I cleared local saves to see if that made a difference but nada. Feels like a server sync issue to me.
