Community Admin@AtomicRedStar @ThunorX Hey, can I check what rank you are? If you gain one player rank are you then able to make the upgrade?
I am rank 10. Don't know if gaining a rank will change anything, but will try tonight.
- Now rank 11 and still have the same problem.
