Can't even contact EA to open a ticket because their lousy tech support can't manage a website.
- Ha. Well, now I literally can’t progress past 9 on my fighter because I can’t upgrade anything. Also, have about 6-7 rewards completed that I can’t claim.

The stuck milestones issue is a known one, hopefully we'll have an update soon.@EA_David Thank you for responding. Yeah, I saw another thread for the milestone, I just wondered if the milestone + upgrade issues are connected. I provided a theory in a previous post for what it's worth (rewards that provide crystals blocking progress). Unfortunately, I don't exactly when I could upgrade last, but it was a while ago, as I just recently returned to the game after the launch. I do want to say it was before I encountered the milestone bugs. I saw some users where their issues were magically fixed, but I'm still experiencing them even after increasing my rank. Looks like it's a cross-platform bug too. We're all complaining because we obviously like the game and want to keep playing it, so transparencies and ETAs would be appreciated, even if the truth hurts 🙂
