@EA_David Upgrades now working after ranking to level 12 (problems started on rank 10). I still can't claim a few rewards, but at least the upgrade is now working.
@EA_David, unable to upgrade Palpatine cards for the past week or so.

@D3adeye96 Thanks for the post. Can you post a screenshot of the upgrade screen? Is it just Palpatine that is locked for you?

As you can see have crafted all his cards but can't upgrade any of the grays. Hey @EA_David, following up here. Any news on a fix for XB1?
