Hey @EA_David, following up here. Any news on a fix for XB1?
Screen attached, and yes looks like it's just Palpatine.
As you can see have crafted all his cards but can't upgrade any of the grays.

- Still having this issue. I hope DICE fixes this is their upcoming bug fix.
- Same here. I lucked into the upgraded card I wanted in a crate but I still can't upgrade my grays through the normal process.
- I’m having the same issue. Card unlock says level 15 for class level and overall rank. I’m level 16 on both with 810 crafting points and can’t update cards. Can’t believe something so essential to gameplay would be broken with a game that has been out for over 3 months
