Star Wars Battle Front II: Game does not appear Library after redeeming code

Bought Star Wars Battle Front II for PC from EB Games in person. Redeemed code on Origin 3 days ago, but nothing appears in My Game Library. Thought I might have done something wrong with download so tried redeeming again, but says the code has already been redeemed. I've tried to get on Origin which says a 10-20 min wait, but no-one ever turns up. Any help appreciated.

    @Necesities Hi I can see that there's a pre-order code on your account, which is the one that gives access to some extra content. However there isn't a full game. 

    Be sure to check in the box for another slip of paper with the appropriate code, and if this is absent please return to your retailer.

    Thank you! My 11yo son tried to download it but was using the wrong code from the package. He went straight for the glossy colour insert rather than the plain slip, which had the right code. Thank you very much 😉.

    Wonderful, thanks for the update. The actual game code is on a much more subdued leaflet, so it can be easily overlooked.

    Hey, I had the same problem with my PS4, I bought the physical copy of Battlefront 2 and typed in the code in the Playstation Store, it said 'Product Redeemed' but I can't find any of the rewards in the game. Do I have to download anything? If so, how do I download it?

    @WZF3604 Hi, your issue, while seeming superficially similar, would likely have a very different cause. 


    As you have a disc version the game itself runs fine, but you of course want to get your rewards. Once you have the content it should show up as extra crates on the account that consumed the code. 

    Can I check what region you're in, and what the code was for (deluxe content/pre-order content?)

    @WZF3604 I know such issues are being looked into, but if you've taken the steps you mention there isn't much other direct troubleshooting. You can try restarting your console in case there's a caching issue but I suspect that won't help. 

    You may want to try reaching out to Sony support on your side to see if they can identify any issues with the code.
