Star Wars Battlefront 2 - Can't get it to play on my PC

I've done everything I can to try and make Star Wars Battlefront 2 playable on my PC, but every fix does nothing. I've contacted EA several times, creating help desk tickets and various forums to try...

    Is your main objective at this point to play the game or get a refund?

    • If to play the game, you'll want to describe what steps you took. "I've done everything I can" won't get you far.
    • If to get a refund, only EA support can do that - i.e. no one in this user forum. They very likely will not give you a refund if you've already played the game.
