seems like your pc should be able to run the game. Please try repairing the game by right clicking on it in origin and pressing "repair game". When its finished, try launching it again.

I'm running into the same issue and have tried almost everything and still the issue continues. I'm running windows 7 64, Here is a list of what I've tried but did not work.
- updating Origin
- updating the game
- the odd time it worked for more than a few seconds I lowered my graphics settings
- checked and updated my windows 7 at the Microsoft website
- uninstall/reinstall
- turning off my antivirus/firewall protection
- went into boot options for the game and ensured the DX12 was set to 0
there is the odd time the game works but it takes more than 13 startups and fingers crossed to work before it crashes again.
maybe a reply from a mod or somthing? because im getting impatient
Hello Joeyowns2. I had exactly the same problem has you had. I did this:
Press “Windows key + R” and type %ProgramData% and press enter. Open the origin folder and delete all files and folders except for “LocalContent”. Now again press “Windows key + R” and type %AppData% and press enter. Delete the Origin folder in the window that opens up.
Now click on the “AppData” at the top of your window and open up the “Local” folder. Delete the Origin folder here and restart the PC. This should resolve the issue.
I also installed Nvidia Game Ready Experience.
I fixed problem 🙂 I changed resolution from 1920x1080 in wallpaper setting to 1680x1050. My laptop screen was bit smaller then I started game. After game start in options I seted maximum resolution (1920x1080) and it keep working on fullscreen

hangs with crasch dump. Have never even got it started, have tried everything in this thread but in vain.

This is disgusting and i'm really disappointed about this, as i was really expecting to play this game and since monday it does not longer works
