Star Wars Battlefront 2 Account Partially Reset

Hello, as seen in the images my progression appears to be reset when I enter online games. When in the main menu my progress is exactly how it should be. I have tried, making sure my PSN is linked to the correct EA account, restoring licenses, reopening the game and reconnecting to a network. Nothing has worked. Help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
