Community Admin@diablohunter117 Hey, as far as I'm aware there isn't a pre-load for the Beta but I'll try to confirm this, or get timing on a pre-load.
EDIT: Yes I got confirmation on this. Those with Pre-orders can download from when the Early Access opens up
Folks without a pre-order can download from when the Beta opens for everyone.

Hi, I am writing from germany. Have got the early access-code from amazon. have redeemed the code, but nothing happens. have officially "bought" the beta ( for 0 Eur) but cannot download anything. Also it is not shown in my library as "bought". It is "invisible"! My fault or .... what can I do?
Same problem here. Even after 10 MESZ, when the Beta should be available in Germany, nothing happens. I even can't download the Beta via PS-Store, because i "haven't bought Battlefront 2" yet. I ordered the game via Amazon last Friday in pre-order. Got the code and redeemed it yesterday. The Beta is visible in my transactions on my PSN profile thought.

Hi, if you pre-ordered through Amazon and didn't get a code, or if someone got a bad code, you can you take the following steps.
Go to https://help.ea.com/en/
Select Help with a game
Choose Star Wars Battlefront II. You may need to search for it.
Scroll down and choose Contact UsChoose your platform
Select Codes & PromotionsSelect Invalid code or Lost Code as appropriate.
On the next stage you'll be asked to include your Proof of purchase, so be sure to have that to hand.
Follow the remaining steps as directed.Thanks.

I have ordered it by amazon in juli! I have seen, that problem would come, have written to amazon, playstation support and ea. until now nooooo help at all. only "good wishes".

i can't download the beta and i had a code for the beta. but in the playstation store it says that i don't have purchased star wars battlefront 2 so that's why i can't download the beta - I just got my beta code a couple hours ago and redeemed it but it didn't allow me to download it. will it automatically download when the beta opens up?

For anyone trying to use the email method to get your pre-order code, if email isn't an option make sure to change your region to the US. You can change your region by clicking the flag icon in the top right of the ea help page, then choose the US towards the top.
