- I have just gotten my beta code. And I put it in last night. Technically I should be able to play the beta. But my PS4 has nothing on it. and I can't play it. I'm pretty sure it starts at 4 a.m., but nothing's loading or downloading. Could someone help me?
I'm having a nightmare here, a friend who pre-ordered the game about 5 months ago, maybe more, sent me his "Friend" code for Xbox One, tried redeeming it on the Xbox and it keeps saying check instructions, you might need to redeem it on a different web page, any ideas?

I have exactly the same problem on Xbox One when try to redeem. "Check the instructions that came with your code. You might need to redeem it on a different web page."
Maybe it solves if I just wait a bit more.
That is likely the id ref which is essentially a proof of purchase

For anyone still struggling, I managed to redeem the code on the Xbox.com website and it worked! Downloading now!

WHAt?. I don't get this I pre-ordered the Elite Trooper Deluxe Edition off the Origin Pc app yet to receive a Beta code hoping it would come before today.
