I pre-order star wars battlefront 2 from gamestop and I got a beta code and a code for master yoda lightsaber. But I put the beta code in. But ? Can it be available rite there to download and get it r...

Hi, if you pre-ordered through Amazon and didn't get a code, or if someone got a bad code, you can you take the following steps. 

Go to https://help.ea.com/en/

Select Help with a game

Choose Star Wars Battlefront II. You may need to search for it. 

Scroll down and choose Contact Us

Choose your platform


Select Codes & Promotions

Select Invalid code or Lost Code as appropriate. 

On the next stage you'll be asked to include your Proof of purchase, so be sure to have that to hand. 

Follow the remaining steps as directed.

Hi, I preordered from EB Games, entered my code a couple of days ago and now nothing! What's going on?

    I pre order the game in September from gamestop I put the code in 10/3/17 check my ps4 and still nothing I staying up all night just i can play it for a hour before Im sent to PT
