I preordered the game in a store and they gave me a code, i redeemed the code but i can't download the beta. I play on PS4.

Can you check the store for a copy of the Beta?
I’m having the same problem in Europe. The store beta option just says not available for purchase.

I can't go to the store right now. the Beta is on the store on PS4, I have redeemed my code but it still wont let me download as I don't own the game
I'm in the UK your chat has huge waiting times. You need to get access to send people replacement codes on here, if you have a team it'll be faster. Alterntiaviely get agents on twitter to send out replacement codes asap

No option to download the beta. If I search the beta it says I can't download because I don't own Battlefront 2. - What about xbox ??

@Callegg1993 Xbox users should be able to grab a replacement code using the steps in the linked article. Be sure to check the Xbox download steps first just in case.
@L0ng_R1der Thanks for the post, we're looking into this. How long should we expect to get a replacement code on Xbox if we filled out the form? Also, will we be contacted by email? Thanks
does the friend pre-order code count as an early acces code or is it for when it opens on the 6th because if its early acces the help page doesnt describe it
- I've checked the store and can see the multiplayer beta, but I've been given 3 different codes from ea after my amazon one didn't work, and theybare all doing the same thing, just saying the same as everybody else's, to try and redeem it somewhere else.

Same problem here guys. I'm in Italy and I pre-ordered the game on Amazon about a month ago ( PS4 ); received the code on 9/29 and redeemed it on the same day, but today nothing happens. Please fix this problem.
