Hello! I've preorderd on PC in september.. but nothing has happen, no code... why?
I've tried to redeem all the codes I have nut just get the redeem elsewhere error, and it also says 'TokenNotSupported' underneath

For anyone trying to use the email method to get your pre-order code, if email isn't an option make sure to change your region to the US. You can change your region by clicking the flag icon in the top right of the ea help page, then choose the US towards the top.

@EA_David thanks for the updates and the quick solution. Redeemed a code from a retailer this morning at 9am CEST. After the fix i could download the BETA from the playstation store!
- I contacted ‘EA help’ via their webpage re: Beta code issue with my Xbox one. Within a few minutes I was emailed a new code, which appears to have worked. Just waiting for the Beta to download.
Might be worth giving it a try? Good luck!- I've done this 5 times now, but none of the codes have worked at all ☹️
