I had the same error message for my Xbox one, but the new code that EA emailed to me has seemed to work.
how should i mail and what should i put in it
- Ive tried 2 emails nd it says case closed and theg didnt even reply ????
- I pm'd David a picture, and he asked me to try the work around again, and it worked straight away. What I did was went to the ea support website, waited for the pop up to come up and click on it, then followed the workaround from that.
