Community AdminFor anyone trying to use the email method to get your pre-order code, if email isn't an option make sure to change your region to the US. You can change your region by clicking the flag icon in the top right of the ea help page, then choose the US towards the top.
Any update on Xbox One? Still getting redeem on a different web page error, emailed through the contact us section, had 5 different codes, none worked and now when I email it says "we've checked and you can play the beta", like I said earlier, none of my codes work.
Yeah I'm in the same situation, ea just replies with the "you should already have it" thing rather than giving me new codes and I can't find it on my games and apps- Might just have to wait till the 6th to play 😢😢
