I'm having a nightmare here, a friend who pre-ordered the game about 5 months ago, maybe more, sent me his "Friend" code for Xbox One, tried redeeming it on the Xbox and it keeps saying check instructions, you might need to redeem it on a different web page, any ideas?

I'm still getting the same issue and EA help is now telling me I should be able to play the beta and not helping any more
For anyone still struggling, I managed to redeem the code on the Xbox.com website and it worked! Downloading now!

WHAt?. I don't get this I pre-ordered the Elite Trooper Deluxe Edition off the Origin Pc app yet to receive a Beta code hoping it would come before today.
