I believe Beta will appear on your Xbox on 4th of October.
EA will probably have more information to share regarding this in the upcoming days before the Beta starts.

EA StaffSince there is no preload for the Beta, the tile should automatically populate in your storefront / game library once available. If the code is redeemed and now says it is used, it should be a good sign in this case.
