Star Wars battlefront 2 celebration edition disappearing

I don’t know what happened, but I bought celebration edition of Star Wars battlefront 2 a month ago and things were working out normally because I had the skins that came with it. But today, I went into game and all the celebration edition content was gone and it said I needed to buy celebration edition again. Please help

    I just contacted EA and they told me to go to Xbox because they can't access the purchases from the Xbox store. 

    Catherine (3/23/2020, 8:24:05 PM): It looks like we cannot grant the copy to you, you would need to go to xbox to get the copy if it is missing :( 
Catherine (3/23/2020, 8:24:52 PM): Also if the content is missing and you can see the game I will make a report of this as we also are unable to grant content through xbox

    I had this problem too on my Xbox so I just restarted it and everything was back to normal
