Community ManagerI have tried to contact EA about this same issue ALL DAY! I am unable to reach anyone. I purchased the Celebration Edition as an Add-on from the Playstation store. We already have the disc, just needed to upgrade. No download link, I have an order confirmation, but no way to update or download add-on. Very discouraging. Game won't work, tech support doesn't work, and I'm out $25.

Not sure if you got this issue resolved now. I have had the exact same issue and think that I have been given correct advice by PS4 support staff. EA staff were completely useless with this matter.Basically I have been told that the disc I have purchased (incidentally it is the 2nd disc I have used as my 1st one was lost), is not designed for use in my region (UK). Apparently the original game is not region-locked but the upgrade is! So, when purchasing the upgrade from PS store in UK, the download fails totally. I was told the only way to get the upgraded version working is to buy a new UK version of the originl game and then get the upgrade or buy the full celebration edition of the game. So I have got a refund now. Not ideal but a solution and vague explanation at least, If this is a load of bull then I would love to hear about that! lol
The other weird thing is that it seems that all my gameplay I have amassed on this version has not registered on my PS4 account stats at all! Not sure that all the stats from playing on my 1st copy of the game registered either but some data from 2018 does exist. The Sony guy couldn't explain this at all.
