Star Wars Battlefront 2 Celebration edition wont download.

I have recently bought the celebration edition of this game. I have previously owned the game. Now when I press upgrade it says:

Oops!
An error occured. Please try again later. [Ref. # Vault-entitlement-failed]

I don't know what to do since I was really looking forward to playing. Thanks.

    @EA_Cade can you help me. Your customer service has done nothing and sony is no help. This has been a problem for players since december 2019 and no resolution from EA. Tried re instal and hard system reste and nothing. Your customer contact link has been no help at all.
