Star Wars Battlefront 2 crash after multiplayer match

I'm having so many issues with this game, if I didn't like it so much, I would have given up by now. I had been playing this game without issues for a long time, suddenly I'm facing this issue where after every multiplayer match, at the end of the match(while displaying scores), a dialogue box pops up saying "Star Wars Battlefront II is shutting down. This is because of Origin Client being closed". And on clicking 'OK' the game exits immediately. If I don't click 'OK' I just stay in the screen for some time without control and the game automatically exits.

I have no idea what this means since Origin is pretty much running. If anyone is facing the same issue or having the same problem, please help me out.

I'm attaching my DxDiag.txt and a screenshot of the dialogue box.

    Hey, @pratVader95  make sure that all drivers for windows and your gpu drivers are up to date. 
     
    You can also try to do a clean boot to see if there any programs messing with Battlefront 2 and turn off any overlay programs for example Discord or Nvidia experience.
     
    Try running a CCleaner to remove old temp files and cache.

    I tried that, but it didn't help. This sure is a weird problem. I tried reinstalling Origin, but same problem.
