Star Wars Battlefront 2 Crashing My PC in Main Menu

Summarize your bug Summarize your bug: Constantly getting crashes. PC will crash to black screen and power will stay on, but nothing is displayed and no audio. Have to hold down power button to restart. Bug consitently appears when visiting the Open Crate tab. I have a 100% crash rate when visiting this tab. Otherwise it will usually just crash in the main screen or when loading into a game. P.S. Under section regarding where bug occurred, it was in main menu. "Arcade Mode" was just to fill in the field and has nothing to do with my issue

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure how to replicate on other systems. I can barely find info on this bug anyways. Seems like the Xbox One X had a similar issue.
What happens when the bug occurs? PC completely crashes. No error code or anything
What do you expect to see? Functioning menu, specifically the Open Crate tab

I have contacted support and they have given me numerous potential fixes and nothing has worked. Most of the fixes involved reinstalling software and updating drivers. This issue has never happened in any other game I have played and is exclusive to star wars battlefront 2
